Enhancing Resident Well-Being: The Power Of Interactive Entertainment

We are excited to announce the arrival of the new Sharp Interactive Touchscreen Tables, which are designed to help, amongst others, older adults in care to stay better connected. Each of the models come with a 32” full HD PCAP touch screen, with the Agile and Flex models designed with functionality for use in a care home environment.

With electronically controlled height adjustments, and screen tilt, these tables can be used for groups or individuals providing a platform to connect with family, friends, and other residents.

RemindMecare

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is encouraging care providers to invest in interactive technology to enhance residents’ wellbeing – the Agile or Flex are perfect tools to evidence your compliance. The innovative RemindMecare app can be easily installed onto both devices to assist care providers to deliver person-centred care. RemindMecare gives you the tools to carefully tailor your care to each resident – you can find out more here https://remindmecare.com/

Built with four components, the app lets you provide residents with a readymade activity library and gives them access to pre-vetted apps from Google Play Store. The app also gives residents a way to keep in touch with loved ones with built-in video, and has you admin and reporting functionality, so that you can make sure your residents are getting the care they need.

A range of options

The Interactive Touchscreen Table range has options to suit any environment and any requirement. Each of the products is available as a battery powered or non-battery powered product, so you can choose a product best-suited for you. Each battery-powered table is designed for long-life, using a leading Lithium Iron Phosphate power system for 3 hours total charge time and 8 hours rigorous daily use.
