Elmrep was founded in 1984 at Elm House, in a little village just outside of Gloucester, as a company supplying and servicing Reprographic Equipment (hence our name elmrepElm House Reprographics).

We pride ourselves on our reputation of being an honest and dependable customer focused company. We passionately believe in the benefits that a personal service brings. This is why when you call us, you dial directly through to a team member, not a call centre, nor an automated call handling system. Our friendly service operators will have your company and equipment details to hand whilst you’re talking to them, using our bespoke service handling software. We are proud of the fact that we know our customers by name rather than a reference number.

We are extremely fortunate to have a fantastic team of our own highly experienced Engineers, who are continually trained and assessed on the very latest products and services. Our quality field service is backed up by our in-house telephone support team, who are available to help customers with any questions or issues that they may have. Many of the smaller local companies throughout the UK do not have their own Engineers, meaning that they are only able utilise the equipment manufacturer’s team of Engineers, resulting in them all trying to share the same resources and not always being able to offer you the continuity of having the same people visit your site.

We fully understand the importance of a prompt and efficient personal service, complimented by outstanding support and the reliability of our products. So together we can design a transparent solution that meets with your exacting requirements. The prices we quote you will have no hidden charges, such as toner delivery costs (even on an emergency delivery), over inflated price increases or vague warranty periods where you may actually end up paying for the parts fitted.

Lee Summers

Managing Director

Lee loves to tell people how he joined elmrep in 1993 as a spotty 16 year old and worked his way up from Tea-Boy to Managing Director in “just” 18 years, taking over the company in June 2011 with a vision of using his experience, passion and drive to steer the company to where it is today.

Luke Sapsed

Director Of Operations

Luke is a 2nd generation Photocopier Engineer, first joining his Dad’s company back in 1993. Luke has also previously worked at elmrep and returned in June 2011 when Lee took the company over, bringing back with him a great deal of experience in all aspects of the industry.

Tim Beale

Service Manager

Tim joined elmrep in 2017, but is certainly no newbie to the industry. With 30 years under his belt, Tim started his career in 1990 at the Gloucestershire Xerox factory on the packing line, where he worked his way up to a Technical role, then as a Service Engineer and on through to more senior roles within the industry.

Jake Wilkins

Operations Coordinator

When you call our offices, it will most likely be Jake you’ll speak to. Jake is the hub of our team. He joined elmrep nearly 3 years ago as a Trainee Administrator on a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Jake is halfway through his second apprenticeship course with us (Level 3 Customer Service Specialist) and is an integral part of the day-to-day running of the company.

Chaz Bendle

Lead Technician

Chaz has been at elmrep for 25 years and we affectionately call him our “Guru”. Chaz is absolutely what you would call an expert in Sharp MFP’s and is mostly based in our workshops, where he keeps up-to-date with all the technical updates and refurbishes the replacement units we fit to your devices, as well as fully refurbishing end of lease MFP’s ready to be put back out as direct rentals.

Karl Amos

Technician

Karl joined elmrep in 2016 as a Trainee Technician, from a background in banking. He always wanted to get into IT but didn’t want to be stuck behind a desk all day, so when he saw the role here advertised, he said he jumped at the chance to have such a varied and integral role within a growing company. Karl brought with him a great customer service manner, which fitted in exactly with our ethos.
