Since 1984, Elmrep has been a leading provider of reprographic equipment and managed print services, proudly serving businesses across the UK. Established at Elm House, near Gloucester, our name Elmrep reflects our origins in Elm House Reprographics.

Lee Summers
Managing Director
Lee loves to tell people how he joined Elmrep in 1993 as a spotty 16-year-old and worked his way up from Teaboy to Managing Director in “just” 18 years, taking over the company in June 2011 using his experience and passion to drive the company to where it is today.

Jake Wilkins
Business Operations Manager
Jake joined Elmrep in 2018 as a Business Admin Apprentice straight from school, after always wanting to work with technology. Jake has since completed a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification and is now our Business Operations Manager.

Sophie Newman
Operations Controller
Sophie joined Elmrep in 2022 whilst completing her A-levels. She is now our Operation Co-Ordinator and is completing her Business Administration Qualification.

Tim Beale
Service Manager
Tim joined Elmrep in 2017 but is certainly no newbie to the industry. With 30 years under his belt, Tim started his career in 1990 at the Gloucestershire Xerox factory.

Karl Amos
Service Engineer
Karl joined Elmrep in 2016 as a Trainee Technician, from a background in banking. He always wanted to get into IT rolebut didn’t want to be stuck behind a desk all day.

Chaz Bendle
Lead Technician
Chaz joined Elmrep in 1995 and we affectionately call him our “Guru”. Chaz is absolutely what you would call an expert in Sharp MFP’s and is mostly based in our workshops.
