Elmrep was founded in 1984 at Elm House, in a little village just outside of Gloucester, as a company supplying and servicing Reprographic Equipment (hence our name elmrep – Elm House Reprographics).
We pride ourselves on our reputation of being an honest and dependable customer focused company. We passionately believe in the benefits that a personal service brings. This is why when you call us, you dial directly through to a team member, not a call centre, nor an automated call handling system. Our friendly service operators will have your company and equipment details to hand whilst you’re talking to them, using our bespoke service handling software. We are proud of the fact that we know our customers by name rather than a reference number.
We are extremely fortunate to have a fantastic team of our own highly experienced Engineers, who are continually trained and assessed on the very latest products and services. Our quality field service is backed up by our in-house telephone support team, who are available to help customers with any questions or issues that they may have. Many of the smaller local companies throughout the UK do not have their own Engineers, meaning that they are only able utilise the equipment manufacturer’s team of Engineers, resulting in them all trying to share the same resources and not always being able to offer you the continuity of having the same people visit your site.

Lee loves to tell people how he joined Elmrep in 1993 as a spotty 16-year-old and worked his way up from Teaboy to Managing Director in “just” 18 years, taking over the company in June 2011 with a vision of using his experience, passion and drive to steer the company to where it is today.
Outside of work, Lee is a bit of a thrill seeker and enjoys anything with two wheels; motorbikes to mini motos.
He is also a proud Rotarian of the Gloucester Quays Rotary Club, supporting local charities and the community.
Nikki joined Elmrep in 2021 as Head of Business Relations, after knowing Lee since they were toddlers! Nikki brings with her a wealth of experience in building business relationships, therefore is well known within the local business community. Nikki shares the same passion and drive as Lee, to help steer the business forward. You will no doubt see her out and about networking, repping The Elmrep Way!
In her spare time, she enjoys watching Gloucester Rugby, spending time with her family and supporting local charities
Jake joined Elmrep in 2018 as a Business Admin Apprentice straight from school, after always wanting to work with technology. Jake has since completed a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification and is now our Business Operations Manager working closely with our customers and widening his network out within the local business community.
Jakes enjoys playing golf with his colleagues and friends, and watching his favourite football team, Liverpool.
Tim joined Elmrep in 2017 but is certainly no newbie to the industry. With 30 years under his belt, Tim started his career in 1990 at the Gloucestershire Xerox factory on the packing line, where he worked his way up to a technical role, then as a Service Engineer and on through to more senior roles within the industry.
When he isn’t at work, Tim enjoys playing golf and has played since he was a child. He also enjoys following local football and supports the Forest Green Rovers.
Karl joined Elmrep in 2016 as a Trainee Technician, from a background in banking. He always wanted to get into IT but didn’t want to be stuck behind a desk all day, so when he saw the role here advertised, he said he jumped at the chance to have such a varied and integral role within a growing company. Karl brought with him a great customer service manner, which fitted in exactly with our ethos.
In his spare time, you will usually find him running around after his four-year-old son and enjoying time with his family.
Chaz has been at Elmrep for 25 years and we affectionately call him our “Guru”. Chaz is absolutely what you would call an expert in Sharp MFP’s and is mostly based in our workshops, where he keeps up to date with all the technical updates and refurbishes the replacement units we fit to your devices, as well as fully refurbishing end of lease MFP’s ready to be put back out as direct rentals.
Outside of work Chaz likes to keep fit with running and weight training, and enjoys a game of skittles
Sophie joined Elmrep in 2022 whilst doing her A-levels. She is now our Operation Co-Ordinator and is completing her Business Admin Qualification. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family, friends and her dog.
