We are a Gloucester based company with our own team of employed Engineers, covering Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. We carry a comprehensive stock of parts and consumables for all our products, meaning a same day fix or repair in more than 98% of breakdowns.

Our MD Lee is President of the Rotary Club of Gloucester Quays and our Head of Business Relations Nikki Budding, is a volunteer for Heart Heroes Charity. We have been using Elmrep since 2018 and their service has always been great. If we ever have any technical issues with our printers, they're very quick to get it sorted. We cannot fault their products or service and having Elmrep to take care of our printers means we can focus on other tasks at hand.

Great service from a friendly local business. Nothing is ever too much trouble and whilst our printers are monitored by Elmrep remotely, they will visit our offices a moments notice if we ever (rarely) have any issues. Highly recommended.
