Lee Summers

Managing Director

Lee loves telling people how he joined Elmrep in 1993 as a spotty 16-yr old and worked his way up from teaboy to MD... in 'just' 18 years! Lee took over the company in June 2011, using his experience and passion to drive the company to where it is today.

Jake Wilkins

Operations Director

Jake joined Elmrep in 2018 as a Business Admin Apprentice straight from school, after wanting to work with technology. Jake has since completed a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification, becoming our Business Operations Manager and now our Operations Director.

Sophie Newman

Operations Co-ordinator

Sophie joined Elmrep in 2022 whilst completing her A-levels. She is now our Operations co-ordinator, having achieved her Business Administration qualification with a distinction. Sophie is currently studying towards her AAT qualification.

Tim Beale

Service Manager

Tim joined Elmrep in 2017 but is certainly no newbie to the industry. Tim has 30 years experience under his belt, starting his career in 1990 at the Gloucestershire Xerox factory.

Karl Amos

Service Engineer

Karl joined Elmrep in 2017 as a Trainee Technician, from a background in banking. He always wanted to get into an IT role but didn't want to be stuck behind a desk all day.

Chaz Bendle

Lead Technician

Chaz joined Elmrep in 1995 and we affectionally call him our 'Guru!' Chaz is absolutely what you would call an expert in Sharp MFP's and is mostly based in our workshops.
