Introducing Our New Range Of Budget A3 MFP’s

We are pleased to announce our new series of compact colour multifunction printers from Sharp, with the smallest footprint of any A3 colour laser MFP available.

The new entry-level BP series devices have a cubic design and make quality colour printing, scanning and copying accessible to a wider range of organisations.

The BP30C25, BP20C25 and BP20C20 slot neatly into any office space and are even suitable to have on the desk, as their best in class footprint (560mm x 560mm) is as small as some A4 devices. The compact design and flexibility to add additional paper trays as required ensure a fast and easy installation as a floor standing or desktop device.

These devices print at speeds of up to 30 ppm at 600x600dpi and offer scanning speeds of up to 52 images per minute. The printers support a maximum 1,850-sheet paper capacity that can be fed from separate trays on the MFP, allowing users to select different paper styles dependent on the type of printing required, including labels, envelope, A6, glossy or heavy paper.

These new devices still retain many of the intuitive features from their bigger siblings, including a 7-inch colour LCD touchscreen with Easy UI mode on the BP30C25 and 4-inch display panel on the BP20C25 and BP20C20 that can show five lines of content for easy operation and can be adjusted for ease of use and better visibility.  Optional features  include wireless connectivity, enabling easy everyday office printing from mobile devices, tablets and laptops, single sign on to public cloud storage services and direct print Microsoft Office files from USB drives.

Extra functions that support flexible working and improve efficiency include direct USB printing and the ability to scan to multiple destinations. The ID card copy feature lets users copy the front and back of ID cards onto a single page with a single button, ideal for improving customer service times in hotel lobbies, banks and other customer-facing service industries
